The Big, Big Fresno Fair
This is the ferris wheel that my brave NerdPie and Nerdster went on with NerdDad this weekend. The oldest Nerdling and I weenied out and watched from the bottom with NerdPud. We had a ball at the fair! Thanks Chevy!

As a Deer Panteth
I went and visited my dad this weekend outside of San Antonio and there are deer everywhere. But they aren’t the giant ones I think about, they are kind of little and so cute! I even saw some wagging their tales as they ran! All I could think about every time I saw them was the Psalm the has “as the deer panteth for the water, so my soul longeth after thee” (yes, that is King James). There was a song I love with that!

14 Years Ago Today…
14 years ago today I married the love of my life. I couldn’t understand why such a sweet, brilliant and Godly man would want to marry a mess like me. I still don’t;). But I am happy he did.
I was so worried that he would regret it that I told him on the way to get married that if he changed his mind I wouldn’t be angry. How sad am I?
So here we sit, 14 years later with 4 kids, 2 houses, a minivan and very much in love! I am so grateful that God brought us together and has blessed us with this wonderful marriage. I am grateful that we are like minded on so many things yet different on others. Thank you for being the love of my life and being my best friend. Thank you for being the spiritual leader of our home and showing me God in so many ways.
Honey, it has been a wonderful 14 years and I look forward to another 100!
If you all are real good, someday I will tell you about chasing down the mailman to get my birth certificate so we could get married;).
A Joyful Bridal Shower

Too Much?
So I am uber boring but I want to break out;). So I saw this super cute flower for only $1 at Claire’s and I figured if I never got up the guts to wear it I could always give it to NerdPie. But I wore it today! My girlie side has been jumping out all over lately;). I haven’t worn a flower in my hair since 4th grade and they were on my bobby pins. So what do you think? Too much?
Mommy Fail
The mommy fail isn’t just that the car is dirty;). My 3 year old is wearing 2 shoes for the same shoe;). We have 2 pairs of old sandals that are only 1/2 size apart. I didn’t realize that she wasn’t wearing a matching pair of shoes until we arrived at the birthday party we were going to. Smooth!
