A Valuable Parenting Lesson from My 8th Grade Geometry Teacher
I learned a valuable parenting lesson from my 8th grade geometry teacher. I learned to not obsess on how my kids organize but how they can use what they have to produce what they need. I really apply this lesson in the laundry arena! It has made our lives easier!

Obama YouTube Video Refocus
The title that is actually on this video says that it is a parody but to me the term parody depicts humor and exaggeration. I don’t think this is funny because it is true. But I think it is a great refocus! Refocus on what Obama has actually done!

The Avengers Are Coming!!!

Same Side as Al Qaeda?
Ok, so I find it a little scary that I agree with Al Qaeda about anything but the Syrian government is a problem for their own people. But what does it mean? How should this influence what we should do? I definitely don’t want to see Al Qaeda ruling Syria (in addition to the possibility of them ruling in Libya and Egypt). But I do think that if Al Qaeda liberates Syria the people will be grateful. They will probably be more than willing to trade 1 evil dictatorship for another. But I do believe that a country should be allowed to self determine…. What to do?

Ok, first off let me say that I love Superchick! And I don’t care if I seem a little old for it;). What I say, I didn’t start rebelling and standing on my own until I got married;). But anyway;).
I got this on cd from the library and I am rocking in the car. This some is all about stepping out and being fearless. Then I think about how my parents (mind you, I am 36;) wouldn’t like when it talks like living like you are on bail or running from the cops. Maybe I am still not all that tough;).
