I am uninspired this week for my meal plan so I am going to stick to some old basics. Since it is going to cool down slightly in the beginning of this week I will bake off a ton of chicken to use for other meals on Monday!
Monday: baked chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli
Tuesday: Chicken rice bowls
Wednesday: Corned beef, potatoes, broccoli
Thursday: Brown rice casserole
Friday: stir fry veggies and rice
