We were all sick last week so I attempted the week without a plan. It was a food disaster. So hopefully this will be a better executed week!
Monday: Chicken Kiev, Roasted Cauliflower, French Bread
Tuesday: Quick and Easy Corned Beef, Roasted Potatoes, Broccoli
Wednesday: Ham, Beer Bread, Broccoli and Cauliflower
Thursday:Corned Beef Hash, Scrambled Eggs, Broccoli
Friday: Ham, Broccoli Mac and Cheese Gratin
